"The hotel was nice, and the staff were very helpful. The heated pool was amazing after a long day of travel! I gave 4 stars because the in-room air conditioning unit was very loud, and without it, the room got hot and stuffy overnight. Sleep was difficult."

"The room was crawling with roaches. Homeless people in the hallways. Scary people walking around the property look like they were on drugs. The number was wrong so I couldn’t get refund although I was only there 2 hours instead of 4 days and hotels.com couldn’t reach them for refund. Area was super ghetto People trying to sell us drugs. Contractors parked in handicap spots. Overall awful experience"

"This was a beautiful property. It appeared to be brand new. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was spotless. I would highly recommend this property. It was accessible to the freeway as well"

"This was the noisiest room I've ever stayed in in my life (I'm 72). There were loud cars and Harley's driving by all night. Also the train kept going by all night. (with lot's of horn). The bathroom was so small there was no room to put any toiletries down. I don't know if it was just my room or if they're all like this. I wouldn't stay there again if THEY paid ME."

"It’s an older property but extremely clean and well maintained. As expected of an older property, my single king room was on the small side but was fine for my needs. The sink being about ten feet away from the bathroom door was odd, but not really a problem. These are observations, not complaints; I only mention them in case they would be a problem for other travelers. This motel is a great place to stay and it’s a bargain too; I’ve already booked another stay."
