"The biggest problem was that most of the towels and linens had hair on them of some sort. Hair that was not mine. The towels in the bathroom were still wet from the laundry service. The shower barely worked. What saved the stay was the morning staff that I had. She was very sweet and caring. "

"We were part of a large group, others said they saw bugs in bed. I didn’t see any in ours, but our room was dirty. Hair in bathroom on walls, USED bar of soap, toilet ran all night, security latch on door was taped/didnt work. I was extremely disgusted and would never stay again. "

"checked in early and was not an issue room was ready. clean room, check in and check out were simple and fast"

"Came for a competition weekend, first off paid a lot for a room in which I didn’t get the extra sofa coach I needed, getting into our room took forever with the cards would show green then we couldn’t get in several times. Ran out of wash cloths, had to use hand towels as wash cloths. Room was clean, bed was decent. "

"The shower curtain had mold on it. There was no water filling g stations full so we had to go to the gym. Evening staff was excellent to deal with and having the on-call shuttle was so convenient!"
