"Clean room, beautiful hotel in the old town. Nice coffee and tea and sweets in the lobby. The best part were the incredibly nice staff. Laundry service was also quick and affordable. "

"The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer. "

"Pool was empty when we used it and it was nice a relaxing. Staff were friendly and attentive "

"Terrific location booked for one night to visit the market but stayed for second night as well. Junior suite is very spacious and well appointed. It says 9minute walk to market but in reality the market spreads to the hotel with some stalls in the road the hotel is on. The whole town is buzzing on a Sunday night. Owl cafe 100 metres away is a hoot (sorry)"

"The hotel is located in the old city of Phuket, making it walkable to the top attractions. The room provided to me is in excellent condition and has a strong AC to withstand the heat of Thailand. The staff members are friendly and make sure that my room is clean whenever I request for it to be replenished."
