The Chalet I chose was either AI or misleading. It looked like a really nice upgraded chalet the one that we stayed in the walls needed painted. Half the mattress sunken, key didn’t work every time, tv not working despite repeat requests to fix, phone in room doesn’t work, staff not helpful in assisting with taxi or info about public transport. Terrible terrible terrible and for the price??!
