Left Bank - Blue Hill Bay - New for 2023!

The property, built is 1898, used to house the old yacht club location for brutal beast racing. The old rustic stone dining room was the meeting area after races and the house was added in 1906. Mr Wells stated, that he bought a dining room that came with the house!
Left Bank offers incredible, charming water views. The deck looks out on Blue Hill bay and faces the exit for the harbor with majestic views of Arcadia national park in the distance.
Left bank has deep water access with large dock. House also has two deep water mornings. If there ever was such a thing as pole position, this property possesses those attributes.
The house will comfortably sleep 12, seven bedrooms five bathrooms.
Three fireplaces. This majestic property incorporates everything the maine property has to offer with waterfront living.
