From the start, the host was incredibly helpful, and the check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The property itself is clean and tucked away, yet still close to everything.While the shower is a bit tight, the home truly has everything you need for a fun trip to the Adirondacks. The main living area features two couches, a cozy chair, and a kitchen table, offering plenty of comfortable seating. Upstairs, you will find a super comfortable queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and a nice deck that is perfect for morning tea or evening drinks with cheese and crackers.The main floor also opens up to a deck equipped with a grill and a table for outdoor gatherings, with a firepit located right off the deck. For sleeping arrangements, in addition to the upstairs queen bed, there is a twin bed and a futon on the first floor. We did not use the separate bunkhouse, but it looks like a fantastic option if you are traveling with kids.The location is excellent. Tupper Lake is only about 20 minutes away, and Saranac Lake and Lake Placid are just a short drive past that. If you want to feel connected to nature but are tired of roughing it in a tent, this is the perfect alternative to camping. We had a wonderful time and are already planning our next trip!"
