"Listing and photos are accurate. Large house, super clean. So close to the best hiking. The driveway is no joke like the owner warned. If you are coming in inclement weather , you will more than likely need 4x4 or park at the top and walk down. Would stay here again!"

"Very nice little place. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. I like to enjoy the stars while sitting in a hot tub, turned the back porch light off but the deck lights didn’t work. Made for a treacherous walk to the hot tub. Wish there was a lift on the hot tub cover. It was very difficult to get back on the first night. After that, we flipped it back but didn’t take it all the way off. Just couldn’t enjoy all the jets. "

"This was just perfect in Hocking hills. The log cabin vibe was throughout the entire log cabin from decor and furniture to amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place is super clean. "

"Remote, beautiful, quiet, and peaceful is the best way to describe this place! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary weekend with snow hiking and soaking in the hot tub! Had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay in the most beautiful part of the great state of Ohio!"

"The hot tub was awesome. The cabin was ok. The thermostat was locked so the temp in the cabin stayed between 64-68 degrees with below zero temps outside. Also, there are gaps in the wood walls in the downstairs bedroom so that room was way colder than the 64 degrees showing on the thermostat. The dishes were scant and I was glad we had planned on going out to eat for our stay. There would not have been enough pots/pans, etc if we had wanted to cook. The cabin was clean but disappointing overall. Compared to other rentals we've stayed in, over 25 years in various places in the eastern U.S., this place was below average. Unfortunately, you missed the mark."
