"Two four-legged hosts, Bella and Sammy escorted us to Bird Camp which was warm and welcoming when we arrived! They stayed a bit to make sure we felt at home. This was one of the quietest and most peaceful locations we have stayed at. After a day of skiing, we enjoyed relaxing in the sentou - custom built Japanese bath house. What a treat and felt like I was back in Japan - natsukashii! On our last day, we joined a few other guests for breakfast with the host. This totally made our stay as we got to talk directly with Leslie about the property's history and her building/development efforts. She is a wonder and a treasure! We definitely will stay here again! "

Listening to the loons and seeing otters were our highlights. Great hikes in the area. The Hike to castle rock for an aerial view of the lake was amazing. Our dogs loved it too. Can’t wait to stay again. Truly 5 stars"
