Silvermere is a lovely property with a beautiful view of the mountains. Lew was very warm in welcoming us and check in was prompt and simple.
The breakfast was generous and the homemade granola scrumptious ! We also really enjoyed the dinner from Silk's Brasserie which operates out of Silvermere.

Great location and view of the blue mountains
Katoomba village itself is not the greatest, but it does have great access to walking trails - this hotel is on the edge of the village, on a hill with great views.
Hotel is quite old, but room was fine, and we enjoyed the included continental breakfast.
