Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all trash inside plastic bags/dispose into the large bear-proof trash can outside to avoid a $30 dollar charge for not properly disposing of trash. Plastic bags are underneath the kitchen sink.

In winter, leave kitchen faucet at a low drip to avoid frozen pipes and leave thermostat at 68 degrees. In summer, never set AC below 70 degrees to avoid AC freezing/repair charges to your account.

Personal items left behind can be mailed to you. Cleaners will charge $25 dollars plus shipping costs. Let us know right away if you left something behind.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
