Amazing Luxury Getaway ~ 100 Feet on the Toccoa River ~ Hot Tub ~ Great Fishing

How about 100 feet on the beautiful Toccoa River, so close you can hear the sound of the rapids. New luxury 1,900 square foot cabin, spacious open floor plan for family gatherings, large family room with vaulted ceiling, beautiful fireplace with gas logs, and built in giant 65 inch flat screen TV.

Two bedrooms with king-sized beds and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs loft/game room with two twin beds , eat-in kitchen with bar stools for casual eating or the dining room table your choice. 1,020 square feet of outside covered living space with a large picnic table, hot tub and gas bar-b-q are on the open deck all facing the beautiful Toccoa river.

A fire pit offers great atmosphere for outside evening gatherings. The cabin is also wheel chair accessible. The property is on a gravel road leading to this pristine riverfront location. If you enjoy trout fishing, Fannin County is the Trout Capital of GA. If you enjoy kayaking or tubing it's all located just out your back door.

We had a great stay. The house and location was perfect. The pictures do the property justice. We have stayed in the area before and most cabins river side/mountains have a rough dirt roads leading to the house. The road leading to this house was paved all the way, it was narrow but it was paved. The house was located 5 miles from Blue Ridge and 5 miles to McCaysville so it was in a perfect location. It had a great places to sit outside the house such as a swing area next to the river. The kitchen was well stocked so preparing meals was easy or you could also run into town and have a great meal. Some of our activities were the train ride, going to some local waterfalls and going to the Apple Festival in Ellijay. Great times. I will definitely be coming back and staying on this property.

Beautiful River Home

The best place for our family vacation! Had smores around the fire pit, breakfast, lunch, dinner around the picnic table in the porch. Fully equipped kitchen! Fished for trout right in the river and the swings were amazing and I spent hours swinging and watching the river!! We will be back for sure!!

Fun Birthday Weekend

Beautiful property. Loved all the swings next to the river. Peaceful and serene. Every person that stayed with us said 10 out of 10 would rent again. Our only complaint was there was not enough toilet paper in all the bathrooms, luckily we brought extra or we would have been SOL literally, other than that, loved it!

Peaceful tranquility

This place is so beautiful, quiet, and peaceful and the owners are very nice and eager to help if you need anything and easy to communicate with. One can easily be drawn in by the rushing waters of the Toccoa and not even want to leave the property to go do anything else.

Blue Ridge Family Vacay

This was our second trip to this cabin. We loved it so much last year we that we chose it again for our trip this year. A unique feature is that we road the BR Scenic railroad which goes right by the cabin. We got to wave to all the passengers from our front porch but also got to see the cabin while riding the train. Very cool. The outdoor spaces are fantastic and the views of the Toccoa river are beautiful. Very peaceful.

Perfect Vacation

We had the best stay! The home and property were amazing. I didn’t think it could be better in person, but it was. We were 7 adults enjoying a kid free long weekend, and it was exactly what we had hoped for. The hosts were so attentive and answered any questions we had quickly. Family fishing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very beautiful and spacious. Rustic cabin feel with modern amenities. Great for fishing on the Toccoa river or just enjoying the river sounds out your back door. Very peaceful place. We will be back to enjoy it all over again!

Great home on the Toccoa

This home has such great gathering places. From the swings overlooking the river, to the fire pit area. There is also a table closer to the river to enjoy bfast or lunch. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our time in this wonderful home. The owners were also top notch.

Weekend Getaway

You can’t ask for a better location on the Toccoa river- beautiful! The cabin has great outdoor seating options to enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. Only takes about 15-20 minutes to get to downtown Blue Ridge!

All main level excellent for olders and disabled

Finding three BR/BA all on the main level is incredibly rare; finding that in such a lovely location and nice house is amazing. Two of our group are cane-dependent and the house worked out very well for them; one was able to make it down to the swings and the other was not quite so confident. We were very pleased and happy with our choice.

Beautiful weekend getaway

This was a weekend girls trip. There were 6 of us and the cabin couldn't have been more perfect. Plenty of seating on the back porch overlooking the river. The loft beds were a little small for adults' but still everone was comfortable. We enjoyed being close to the Blue Ridge Scenic train station as well as the many restaurants located in town.

Beyond beautiful

We got married this past weekend on the patio right next to the water. Just us and our adult children. Then had a private chef make us dinner. The river, cabin and surrounding trees was all the decoration needed. Great thought and care was put into making this place special. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud with the sliding glass door letting the fall breeze and sound of the river into the bedroom. It was wonderful!

We had a great time! Place was beautiful and clean! It was amazing!! Host were so helpful when we couldn’t get gas grill to work! Amazing swings by the river! Hoping to return next year!! It was a great place for us 6 girls aka BR girls!! Loved going and waving to the blue ridge train!

Great vacation at Hooked on the Toccoa

The house was spotless. It had everything we needed, including cooking staples like spices. The river is beautiful. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing on the stone patio by the river, nice and shaded! The hot tub was spotless! Outside they had corn hole, horseshoes, and darts. Inside they have a poker table that 6 of us sat at comfortably. Beds were comfy, towels were like new. The owners are local which helps if there is ever an urgent need. We will be back!

Beautiful place on the Toccoa River

This is our second stay at this VRBO. Our family likes to fly fish and this is a great location for that activity. There are a lot of fun activities for all guests while staying here. There is an outdoor dart board, cornhole boards and a magnetic tic tac toe board on the porch. This house also has a wonderful covered porch that faces the river, a firepit area, lovely grilling area with hot tub and my favorite was the swings underneath a canopy of trees that sit by the river! We used the outdoor spaces most of our stay there. It is beautiful and peaceful.
