Our recently renovated cabin is a perfect place to gather with family and friends to relax and unwind. This peaceful cabin has the capacity to create many memories. Stay in or venture out where you can explore nature or visit one of the many local attractions. An easy 5 minutes from Downtown, you will be at the center of everything the North Georgia Mountains and Southern Tennessee offers.

3 bathrooms each supplied with Bath Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner. Main level has washer dryer closet and hot tub towels

Basement:
Set up as a Game Room that includes a Bar with stainless steel mixing tools and ice bucket, 7 ft Pool Table, Foosball Table, South Park Pinball machine , upright Retro Arcade game, 75" Smart Roku TV with a Soundbar, Large Jenga block set, lots of boards games and jigsaw puzzles. There is a Futon Couch and Futon Chair for extra sleeping. Individual mini-split A/C for comfort

FAQ:
- No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
- Pets Allowed. Renter will be responsible for any damages
- Stairs required for access
- One Security Camera (Facing Parking area only)
- Paved Road to Cabin, easy drive with no steep cliffs or drop offs
- Gravel Parking for up to 5 cars
- Central Heating and Air. Upstairs and Basement bedrooms and Basement main room have additional mini-split for more precise temperature control and comfort

Private use of the Entire Cabin, except locked closets.

Community gate is closed between 6:30pm and 7:30am. Check the directions tab after confirmed booking for gate code.

Laundry detergent, Dishwasher detergent, Paper products, Trash bags and Towels are left in limited quantities. Please note that you may need to provide more of these things depending on your usage.
