"Before we even got to the hotel I had questions about the property and was able to speak with John, he was so kind and answered everything well! And then upon arrival he was also the same person who checked us in. He is so friendly and always welcoming to everyone in the lobby! The hotel was beautiful, the pool was great and the location is perfect! The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food and also great customer service!! The only minor complaint I have is that I wish someone had told us about the carpet being ripped up on our floor, it just took us by surprise because the entry into the hotel, the lobby, elevator, all 5 stars but then we got to our floor and it looked like they were recovering from flooding! But it didn’t hurt our stay at all!!"

"Pleasant and helpful check-in person. Huge, clean room, easy free parking. Close to everything. Only con was the air conditioner, which was so noisy when it would kick in that it disrupted our sleep. I hope to stay here again in the future."
