"Incredible hotel!!! The food was great at the restaurant with amazing views of the Smokey mountains. The spa is also amazing! Cannot recommend this hotel enough."

"It's hard to say enough good about this property, and easy to see why it has a 4.8/5 rating! We were meeting friends (2 rooms were booked separetely, a week apart) and when one arrived before the rest of us, the staff asked if we wanted rooms beside each other and made it happen. The rooms are as large as they appear in the photos, or even larger - each bed area could have been an individual room with a television in each area, and the bathroom between them added a level of privacy not usually seen in 2-bed hotel rooms. The balcony is large and the 2 provided rocking chairs made for wonderful creek-watching relaxation. The property layout is unconventional and can be confusing - especially after travelling for 15 hours - haha. The office is across the street from the hotel, but there is a second building on the other side of the creek as well, around/beside an RV campground, and this is where we stayed. A "Rod Run" was taking place the weekend we stayed which made for a bit of traffic congestion and the parking lot seemed quite full, but we heard little to no noise from inside our rooms. Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge!!"

"The staff were very nice but The room smelled of smoke as soon as i opened the door the shower was stained and had hairs in it the room gave off a very gross vibe the pool area was also gross it smelled ok the first day but the second day they were very unpleasant sewer smell in the lazy river it smelled on our swimsuits when we got out it was warm and hot tub was but the regular pool was freezing cold would not stay here again it needs better kept up"

"Staff were awesome and really tried to make our stay better, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is definitely due for a renovation. Our first room was not clean—the tub was heavily stained, there was hair on the wall and floor, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were moved to another room, which was an upgrade with a fireplace, but it still had issues. The fireplace had chipped rocks, the walls looked like they were mid-prep for painting, and the bathroom floor constantly had standing water with no clear source. We were on the 5th floor and the main elevator kept breaking down. At that point, we didn’t want to go through moving again, so we just made it work—but overall, the condition of the rooms really took away from the experience."

"Had a nice stay at this hotel only complaint is the beds aren’t very comfortable to sleep in and they have a fire pit that needs to be light by a lighter if you want to use it so you will have to light it yourself or wait for maintenance. Parking is another additional fee that isn’t added into your stay until check in. Also had the same breakfast everyday. Overall tho we had an excellent stay."
