Hygge A-Frame: Pet friendly Forest Immersion!
Gong-based Sound baths available
Escape to the forest at FourLeafs in the beautiful McKenzie River Valley. The Hygge A-frame offers a peaceful retreat experience surrounded by towering trees, fresh mountain air, and easy access to waterfalls, rivers, creeks, hot springs, hiking trails, mountain biking, rafting, fishing, golf at Tokatee, and scenic drives through the Cascades.
Designed for rest and reconnection, the space blends cozy indoor comfort with inviting outdoor gathering areas. Sip coffee beneath the trees, unwind by the fire, listen to the sounds of the forest, or simply slow down and enjoy a quieter pace of living.
The bright and cozy A-frame sleeps up to 4 guests and includes WiFi, books, games, a stocked kitchenette and coffee bar, complimentary popcorn, and a 42" TV for relaxed evenings in. Window AC is available during summer months (typically June–August).
Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared Outdoor Stay Area located across the lawn, passing the host residence. The small campground at FourLeafs features rustic seating and ambient string lighting until 10pm, and a campfire or propane fire ring depending on seasonal fire restrictions and safety conditions. Firewood is provided.
Optional private gong-based sound bath sessions may be available onsite through McKenzie Sound Therapy in both intimate indoor and peaceful outdoor settings. Sessions are separate from lodging, offered by request based on scheduling and weather, and may be available for individuals, couples, or small groups.
FourLeafs is ideal for couples, solo travelers, friends, creatives, and small groups seeking a unique forest stay with opportunities for restoration, adventure, and connection to nature.
If you’re envisioning something a little different — a larger gathering, a multi-space stay, a private group experience, or a more customized retreat-style visit — feel free to message with questions or ideas. FourLeafs is an evolving and flexible space, and we’re often able to accommodate creative arrangements depending on timing and availability.
Whether you're here to adventure, recharge, celebrate, gather, or simply breathe deeper for a few days, FourLeafs offers a memorable McKenzie River Valley experience.

The cabin was cute, cozy and very comfortable. Great location close to hot springs and hiking trails. The host was gracious and very nice. Thanks for letting us stay here!
We were only there overnight, so we didn't get to do too much there. It was a great location for the event that we went to there. A nice cottage in a great location!
Absolutely fantastic cabin stay - close to Tewilliger Hot Srings. Amazing host, very comfortable uplifting vibes all around. So grateful to have stumbled upon this gem.
Great quiet location, market and coffee shop in walking distance. Waterfalls a short drive away.I'd recommend bringing a suit for the hot springs and definitely check out all the cute area has offer. My husband and I brought pasta dishes in for dinners because there isn't a full kitchen and it worked out fabulously. There is a great restaurant next to the Chevron id recommend that too. The host was specifically a winner for this place.
After a couple of days hiking we wanted to have a final night relaxing so we chose this cute little A Frame near the Terwilliger Hot Springs. My wife and I enjoyed playing some cribbage with wine out front before going for a short walk along the McKenzie River (3 minute drive). We then stopped at the General store nearby and ate dinner which was surprisingly good. The next day we packed up and went to the hot springs (30 minute drive). Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again.
My husband and I booked a last minute getaway and thankfully able to book a night in this sweet little a-frame cabin. After arriving we were greeted by Angela (the host) who lives full time next door. She was so incredibly friendly (we even ended up exchanging numbers and became friends) and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. I typically steer away from renting a vacation home that is so close to the host because I like privacy and worry that they might be in my business more then what's comfortable...that was definitely not the case here! We loved the location because it was near all the trails, reservoirs, rivers, and Hot Springs. It was the perfect central location. The cabin had everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We really appreciated all the extras she provided like coffee, snacks and water. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with an exceptional host!
Angela pays a lot of attention to the details of making your stay comfortable: towel warmers, super soft sheets and lots of other extra touches. Wonderful host!
A lovely place to check out the McKenzie Bridge area. Clean, friendly, laid back, slightly funky. Angela is a great host with the ability to be there when needed, but not get in your way. We highly recommend the Hygge A-frame for your vacation stay.
The property was really cute. The host was super kind and helpful. There was a super bright light outside that made it hard to sleep, but the host did leave a sleep mask.
