"It is a bit old and outdated. Very friendly staff but bit ineffecient (Drinks follow after dinner). Arrival was awkard, your juist kicked out of the car at the top of the mountain and you need to find your way in the dark with your luggage which was steep and unpleasant although they knew we were arriving. Food is not to good and prices are quite steep compared to other hotels. Beatiful views though and an appealing hot tub"

"This is truly an absolutely unique and unreal place to stay. Our only regret was not staying longer. The pods are stunning and very comfortable with all little detail very well thought of. "The hotel itself is attractive, the staff are excellent and the food is very good. The room we were given was more or less as shown in the photos though smaller than it appeared. It was a tight for 3 people and there was no place to sit and relax inside the room other than on your bed and the lighting there was not great. Although there is a gorgeous little private deck off the room, I was unable to use it because the mosquitos were so bad. However, my main complaint is with the listing itself....

"This place shouldn’t advertise that they have WiFi, I didn’t have any connectivity in my room. Parking lot was fine. AC was weak. Restaurant was good. Noise from party buses driving by late into the night on weekends. They didn’t reimburse my 2nd night stay even though they said if I went through the app they would reimburse me. "At our arrival we were greeted with a broad smile from this young man named “Jesus”, he was efficient and polite. The reservation transaction went smooth and we had a minimal waiting time, the room was impeccable clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is extremely delicious and with a big variety. Our check out was taken by “valentina”, a young hostess who was also effective and attentive in every detail. Walkable, quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this hotel, good for the price, clean and well located. If i ever go back to Minca, i would definitely stay there without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
