"We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better."

The staff is world class. The hotel manager, Ed Barratt was actively talking with customers! Great! This is the way hospitality is supposed to be."
