Bristol, Baby!

This location is wonderful, close to Bristol, Holston recreation area, and Watagua Lake. It's an adorable nook that would easily accomodate close friends or a small family. Host Megan keeps in touch and takes pride in her accommodations. 10/10, would stay again

Perfect house right by the river

My whole experience was great. The location is perfect! I stayed in the bottom part of the house and it was the perfect size for me. The house was clean and accommodating. The deck on the water was a bonus. I will definitely come back with my family and stay in the upper level.

We were supposed to be texted the code to get in but there is no service there. The place smells like mold. Had to keep shower curtain and bathroom door closed because of smell. No washer and dryer available to downstairs unit as advertised. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Kid Friendly Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Perfect for friends or family! We loved hanging in the garage at night playing darts, listening to the river flow, and grilling out! We could fish just by walking across to the river. We even put kayaks in at the boat dock down from the house and floated the river! The kitchenette was perfect for the amount of cooking we needed to do! The beds were super comfortable and the place was really clean. This location is also really close to S. Holston Lake and we went shopping at the Pinnacle one night which was only 20 minutes away!

Great place

We came up for a quick weekend trip. Location was beautiful!! Place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck by the river. No too far from the Creeper Trail and right next to Bristol. Great place to stay and perfect for our family of three.

Perfect Fishing Pad

This property was a perfect fishing pad for the weekend. There was plenty of parking so I could park my boat trailer and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus a garage area to store stuff or hang out. The host responded quickly with any questions I had. I give it 5 stars for sure.
