"Overall clean but in need of updates. Some areas have mold stains on the ceiling and in need of deep clean and updates. Comforters also need replacement."

"Great modern hotel in Savannah’s historic district with a bar and restaurant. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Most staff were friendly, though one receptionist was unwelcoming and said I couldn’t earn IHG points due to booking through a third party. While I understand this, it wasn’t conveyed in a pleasant manner. Room service was missed one day during our 4-night stay. Overall a good experience with a few minor issues. I would still recommend it."

Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Island by IHG

"Super clean and friendly staff. Don’t bring toiletries. They supply shampoo conditioner body wash lotion. You can request toothbrush and everything else you need!! 10/10 would stay again. If coming during holiday parking can be hard but everything is walking distance."

"I picked this hotel because it is located on the river front and we could walk every where we wanted to go. We had plenty of restaurants and bars and little shops to explore in to get out of the heat. We had a great time in Savannah. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Riverfront in Savannah."
