Welcome to our warm and rustic Riverfront home, perfect for families or groups looking for a peaceful getaway in a small, quiet neighborhood. While this is an older home with vintage charm, it’s been thoughtfully updated with renovated bathrooms and beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

This fully furnished 4-bedroom house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. It includes:

1 King bedroom, 1 Queen, and 2 Double beds
1 futon and 2 full-length couches for extra sleeping space
2 full bathrooms (one on each floor), both newly updated
Fully functional kitchen and laundry area
Screened porch with rocking chairs for relaxing outdoors
Covered dock and deep-water floating dock
Observation deck with chairs—perfect for taking in the river view

What’s Provided:
The home is fully furnished, including bed linens and bath towels. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. As shown in the photos, clean sheets are folded and placed on each bed, allowing you the option to use your own bedding.

To help get you started, we provide:

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen
Please note that additional supplies are not restocked during your stay, so we encourage you to bring extras for longer visits.

Outdoor Amenities:
Enjoy the outdoors with a private covered dock with attached floating dock, and an observation deck overlooking the water. An outdoor fire pit is also available for your use. However, it's not maintained by housekeeping, so guests are responsible for cleaning it after use to ensure they’re ready for the next visitors.
