Located in the heart of downtown Bluffton. Just a short walk to the many shops, restaurants, & parks in Old Town. Newly remodeled cottage with fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, games, washer, dryer, king bed, & two pull out twin beds. Enjoy cozy outdoor area with gazebo, outdoor lounge, & hammack. A short drive to the beaches of Hilton Head, Savannah, &Beaufort or take a day trip to Charleston or even Jacksonville, FL. Pet friendly.

Parking is free. There is one parking spot located behind the garage. If you have more than one car you may park on the street in front of the house.
Maximum capacity is 2 adults & 2 children. It is a studio apartment above the garage. It is fully private including a private yard & gazebo. There is one designated parking spot behind the garage. The entrance and parking spots are both marked. More parking is available on the street in front of the house. The access is through a back alley. The main house is occupied by tenants and the yard is separated by a privacy fence. Absolutely no smoking on the premises.

Sweet nest

Overall good experience. Very cold upon arrival. Didn’t find the big blanket until last day. Neighborhood nice very quiet. Well appointed and nice decor. Bed very firm. No soap in shower. Nice tv. Kitchen well appointed. Would stay again.

Charming Efficiency Apartment

This space is all newly painted & furnished appropriately for the limited square footage. It’s one large room with a kitchen area. I suggest adding a privacy screen that’s easily movable so if one person wants to sleep in the other can sit on the “couch” with a lamp & not disturb the slate sleeper.

i would say it was a great and affordable place to stay for just my wife and i. the location was great being in the middle of all the restaurants in bluffton and only a 8 minute drive to the island. the only thing i would have to complain about is the outside lights didn’t have any batteries in them, and very poor communication from the host. would take days/weeks to reply

good place for dogs -- but AC did not work

This was a super cute well taken-care of place. It is a FROG over garage which I guess I didn't realize until I got to the property. Biggest miss for me was that AC did not work for us which made our sleep quality poor in a warm room. Thankfully there were 2 plug in fans at the property so it made it slightly more tolerable. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock so I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you stay here. The sink in the bathroom makes a big mess splashing water everywhere. But other than that, the small private fenced in yard is wonderful and at the property there was pet toys in a bin which I thought was super cute.

First trip to Bluffton

We enjoyed our stay in Bluffton. The property was great. It was close to town in a nice neighborhood. It would have been walking distance, a little more than half a mile but it was very hot so we drove in. Plenty of parking and great restaurant choices. Would stay again.

Great stay other than fighting with the gate(and my teenage daughter) and no time for the hammock! Great little apartment and will keep this place in mind in the future. Made it to the beach in no time!
