"Pool was cold and hot tub had fecal matter floating on it and didnt realize until we had been in there for about 20 minutes. My wife broke out with an infection on her face. An elevator was down with a full hotel on Sunday morning and took 45 minutes to get down the lobby floor since a housekeeping employee had taken priority in the elevator area and would not allow any one to get on an elevator until she could with all of her gear."

"We were on our way to an important meeting, had a long day of travel, and had an hour to get ready. When the guy showed up abot 20 minutes later, he told us that they did not have a handicapped 2 bed room. He wanted to give us a king room. I told him no, that I had made specific reservations for specific reasons. Without saying a word to us, he went in the back, about five minutes later he came out and walked right past us, down the hall, and got into the elevator. He did not say a word to us about where he was going or what he was doing. At that point we talked about just leaving.We decided that we would take turns, waiting for him, while the other changed in the restroom in the lobby. He was once again gone for around 25 minutes. We were just about to put our luggage back in the car and leave when he walked past us without saying a word again. I said to my friend that this is just unacceptable, and I think he heard me because then he walk over to the snack bar, grab two candy bars and two bags of chips and two waters and stick them in a gift bag. I was finishing putting on my shoes and getting ready to walk out the door, he called me over and said, your room is ready as if nothing had happened. At this point I was mad. They did not clean our room, we had to ask for towels. The pool had only 1 towel. The breakfast lady acted inconvenienced toward us. The bright spot was a young man named Cole. He went above and beyond to take care of our special needs."

"I spoke to John several days earlier concerning our reservations, (the front desk at our Ooltewah, Tn Holiday Inn location) walked in At 3;05 on our arrival dated and a gentleman was standing there at the check-in desk, can I help you he said . Are you Johnny I said and every thing was great from then on. Everything,parking,breakfast,extra towels and such was great. Check was smooth! THANK YOU! We had a beautiful wedding of our Grand-Daughter nearby. "

"I enjoyed the breakfast area. They are updated and clean and fresh. The staff did a GREAT job! The hot tub was good and the room was clean, thank you for a great stay!"

"This was a nice place at a very reasonable price. The manager that was on duty was very friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that the rooms could use some paper towels or additional toiletries. Those items are always appreciated when you’re only staying a day or two and don’t want to have to purchase them to get through. Other than that, I have no complaints and would definitely stay again! Again, I can’t say enough about the manager and how pleasant he was. His attitude and friendliness made the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. I sincerely hope the company recognizes his efforts and appreciates his contributions because it truly is rare to see nowadays, unfortunately! 😊"

"Check in was smooth, parking was nearby an entrance to the hotel, pool was an awesome bonus, room was clean with comfortable beds that were sound-proof, but breakfast was lacking. The machine for coffee malfunctioned and the staff were not able to keep up with the demands for a Sunday morning breakfast spread. Other than the breakfast problem, it was a great stay! "
