About this property

Large Home- Near Quartzsite and Colorado River

  • Our home is close to the Colorado River and near canals for fishing. Located on the far East end of Blythe, an exit away from the Arizona border. Stop on your way to Arizona or California, or stay and play at the River. Space to park boat and toys.

    The space
    Recently remodeled 3 bedroom manufactured home near the Colorado River.

    House includes 2 Queen beds, twin with full bunk, linens and towels, full kitchen with dishes and cooking supplies, laundry room, 2 bathrooms with both shower and bath. Soaker tub in Master bath. Wifi and three tvs with Netflix and Amazon included. Grill with propane and fenced yard.

    We can accommodate more than 6, but nightly rate will increase by $20 per person per night. Please message us before making your reservation, so we can adjust the number. We do have exterior cameras that monitor check-in. If we see more than 6, we will message you with a rate adjustment.
