"Great hotel at a very reasonable price "

"I stayed in the downstairs with the private pool and it was well worth it. Location is a bit hard to find by taxi but once you are there one time it’s easy after that. Great small restaurants, bar and convenience store close as well. Very quiet at night which was also a plus! It is located in south pattaya not north."

"Everything is as described on the website, very comfortable furniture, pool is very welcome break from the heat and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The only awkwardness is that the gated community has one of the two gates closed, which happens to be the way googlemaps directs you. Perhaps local maps can be provided for those wishing to walk around the local area?"

"The villas are really charming with Thai Style same the photo. Fantastic location very central to everything, away from the noise but close enough to the action and the beach. The private swimming pool with the waterfall is wonderful and "only" 3 hot tub also "only" for us... is amazing ! The owner and the staff was wonderful and they helped us about our trips... and the number one ... the chef cookers at the villa !! but the home delivery Thai food and Italian food is surprisingly...

"Spacious and clean. The swimming pool have water slide, small but enough for play. The location is perfect near the hyper center but quiet. Every bedrooms have full bathrooms with everything inside, very good for the villa."

"Rooms are huge and generally pretty clean. Rooms vary in condition and level of upgrades and the one I stayed in was pretty basic but still nice. If you book, try to book a room on the opposite side of Central Mall and you will have a nice view of Pattaya Bay and the surrounding area. Really enjoyed the huge pool and having massage, restaurant, taxi, tour, laundry, hair and nail salon services available as well as convenience stores on the ground floor was a huge plus.! Location cannot be...
