Breathtaking Ocean Front Sea Palm Villa #3

Oceanfront Caribbean Style Villa that is centrally located in Bodden Town for a laid-back experience in tranquility. All 12 villas in complex are oceanfront with views of the sea. We have 6 villas on main floor and 6 villas on second floor. You can enjoy the pool with in-water bar stools or sit on a private beach near the ocean. We have a stretch of beach that allows you to walk for miles. We are surrounded by a coral reef giving our guests access to some of the best snorkeling on the island.

My partner and I stayed for 11 days in Villa #3, and we absolutely loved our time here. The view alone was breathtaking and exceeded our expectations — waking up to the ocean every day was incredible. Karen and Errol were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We did have a couple of minor issues early on, but the true measure of a great host is how quickly they address things, and they handled everything promptly and professionally. Their responsiveness made us feel very well looked after. The villa itself was fantastic, with great amenities and lots of thoughtful small touches that made the stay comfortable and easy. Everything felt well considered and welcoming. One thing many reviews mention is needing a car, and I would absolutely agree with that — having a car makes the stay much easier. That said, we were actually really happy to be a bit further away from the busier parts of the island. Also, some reviews say there’s nothing nearby, but we found that wasn’t the case at all. Within a short distance there’s: * A lovely café and bakery for morning coffee * An ice cream shop about a two-minute walk away * A restaurant next door where you can grab a burger and eat by the beach * A grocery store and pharmacy about five minutes away by car * A larger supermarket roughly 10 minutes away

Super view

We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed the super view from indoors, on the patio, and on the beach. Great to have a quite private beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful ocean view

This is a wonderful property that is off of the beaten path of 7-mile beach. The Property Manager went out of her way to ensure that all of our needs were taken care of. If you want easy access to resturants and bars, this may not be the best choice. If you want a quite stay with a beautiful ocean view, then this is a good choice.

Feet in the Sea

Modern apartment with a pool and terrace forming the head of a narrow, pristine beach. Fifty yards away is subdued reef with breakers and the relaxing sound of the sea.Apartment perfectly appointed and equipped and situated well away from, but a short drive to, the fleshpots of George Town. Site is perfect base for attractions and for some really good seafood.Staff and owner run a just about perfect operation, unbeatable for attention to detail.

Amazing

My self and my husband came to stay for our honeymoon. The villa was absolutely gorgeous! And you really can not beat waking up to that view. The unit was clean and perfect for what we needed. Contacting the property manager was easy-ish, only due to the fact I was using roaming data which made sending some messages and receiving some messages a bit more difficult. But that's in no fault of the property manager. This is place is incredible and we're so happy we booked the stay here.
