Wonderful home for a quiet weekend with a small family or two couples.
Two bedrooms with queen beds, two baths and a queen sleeper sofa.
Updated throughout and decor-themed for our famous locally-shot Hitchcock film "The Birds". Secluded hot tub with an open view of the day and night sky. Just a short walk to the beach or our Blue Water Bistro for a bite to eat, drinks, and live music on Thursday nights. Sits by the 11th fairway of our world-class golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.

Due to allergies, no animal is allowed on the property.
No RV.

No more than 3 cars allowed at the house. At least 2 must park in the drive way.
If any animals are found on the property there is a $150 fine.
If hot tub is left cloudy , foamy or with lots of sand requiring a drain and clean a $150 will be charged .
