"This is a super apartment in the centre of Haro absolutely great for visiting all the bogedas some great wine tasting to be had which are an absolute must. For a traditional building this apartment has been restored to a high modern spec. Very well equipped and comfortable. It has a spacious living room with kitchen area off and a very comfortable bed. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. "

"Apartment was spacious and clean. Easy to come in and out with code. Right in the middle of town. Only thing is beware where you park as some days in weekend are free and some times are not so we got a couple tickets. "

"Quirky and interesting with a great location . Breakfast location was great. Parking in the town was a bit of a challenge at times but ok if you don't mind a walk. "

"One of the most unique properties we have ever stayed. The house is a museum and Mayang, the owner is the perfect hostess. The room was ample and had a magnificent view of the wineries. The breakfasts were exquisite and elegant. Perfect location for exploring La Rioja. "

"Impressive looking entrance and public areas but rooms are very very basic. No bar or restaurant unless you book with a ‘separate’ business ? Pleasant staff at checkin.
10-15 minute walk in to town. We had no hot water for our whole stay and we’re only offered the use of another room just before checkout. Didn’t get breakfast because it was overcrowded and chaotic. Just one small hot water dispenser for around 100 people. Dirty cups, no free tables. Very disappointing.

"Wonderful setting in a magnificent building. Room had all we needed and breakfast was excellent. All for a very reasonable price. Was allowed to see the church too, which was very special. Recommended."
"Haro was one of our favorite places we visited in Spain. Fun little town with lots of energy. Great restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. Victor was very helpful and made us dinner reservations - at great restaurants too! Room and bathroom were VERY comfortable. Best bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Great shower too!
There are two negatives I will share, but they would NOT keep me from staying here. I would come back in a minute!
The free parking is quite far from the hotel. We were able to drop off our luggage close by the hotel, but then the parking is down a long hill. There was supposedly paid parking under the hotel, but we did not use it.
Saturday night must be party night in Haro. People were in the square and children were running around yelling until 5:00am. The rooms are quite soundproofed, but not 100%. This was the only night we heard noise. It was loud enough to wake light sleepers, like me. The other nights were totally quiet. Guess the city was having too much fun!!!"
"The room was very clean and spacious. I had problems getting into my unit, so I called the representative. My issue was resolved right away. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area."
"The included breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful. One of the superior rooms we paid for was not very superior and in the attic with no windows at all. We changed down to a regular room, which was lovely, but couldn't get a refund because we prepaid. It was a beautiful historic place and the small plunge pool was refreshing. Parking was close by and very close to Haro and the wine tasting and trails to bike and walk. great base for Rioja wine visit"
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in the heart of La Riola, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the nearby wineries. Waking up each morning was a delight, serenaded by the enchanting songs of the Koo Koo owl, complemented by the gentle sounds of church bells ringing in the distance.
The hotel itself is immaculately clean, with a lovely Dalit turning bed that provided a cozy atmosphere. The memory foam pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious, setting us up perfectly for the day.
The air conditioning worked wonders, keeping the space cool and comfortable, and having an elevator was a huge plus when traveling with heavy luggage. The family that runs this hotel treats you like their own, showcasing kindness and authenticity that made our stay even more special.
One of the highlights was the chance to witness their own winery operations—if you're lucky, you might catch a glimpse of wine-making firsthand! Additionally, the hotel serves as a beautiful wedding venue; we were fortunate enough to see a stunning wedding taking place during our checkout.
We hold this family in high regard and have immense respect for their hospitality. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful place! "
