Hot tub started leaking brown water into it while I was in it and it was a little worrying. Another guest came up to me and said the jets had not been working and she tried to find a staff member but there was only a cleaning girl there and she did not know anything for the pool area. Staff people were not helpful and not very knowledgeable. Multiple staff members on several occasions in different areas of the hotel were either unhelpful at all or could not direct us to anyone that might be helpful. I have come here over the last decade and watched it deteriorate rapidly. Prices climb up and up over the years but I feel like the1981
