Apartment 'Olivia' with Lake View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The Olivia vacation apartment in Bodman-Ludwigshafen offers you an excellent view of Lake Constance. It was newly renovated in 2024, is 48 m2 in size and is suitable for up to 4 people. It has a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a private parking space. WLAN, SmartTV and two portable fans are available. If required, you can use a baby crib and high chair free of charge. Not only can you enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Constance, but you also have direct access to the lake via the jetty belonging to the complex. After swimming, you can relax in the beautiful gardens of the vacation residence, where you will find an outdoor shower and garden loungers. If the weather is bad, guests can use the residence's own indoor pool, which is heated all year round. You can use the communal washing machine in the basement of the vacation residence to do your laundry and park your bike in the bicycle cellar.

Moderne Wohnung mit Seeblick und Indoor-Pool

Pros: Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Für vier Personen wäre es vielleicht etwas wenig Geschirr, aber für uns beide perfekt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und genügend Schrankraum ist auch vorhanden. Wunderbar ist der Seeblick von fast allen Räumen. Den Balkon haben wir kaum genutzt, ebenso wenig den Pool, den wir uns für schlechtes Wetter aufgehoben haben. Die direkte Einsicht vom Parkplatz nimmt vielleicht etwas von der Privatheit der Einzelnutzung. Insgesamt sind das ganze Grundstück und Haus in sehr gutem Zustand und werden laufend gepflegt. Man hat sogar direkten Seezugang, was im Sommer sicher toll ist. Bodman bietet verschiedene Restaurants, Café, Bäckerei, mehrere Hofläden und einen Supermarkt. Von der Wohnung aus sind sehr schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen möglich und Peter Lenk hat sein Atelier um die Ecke. Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt und beim nächsten Mal würden wir auch die Räder mitbringen. Cons: Nichts

Pros: Das Haus hat eine super Lage, und die Wohnung ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Service war sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder.
