"Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. We loved our stay ❤️ Ty paula"

"Blown away, it was really beautiful and everything we needed was there. The whirlpool bath was a lovely surprise and the beds were super comfy. we had a brilliant time - way better than the caravan we were considering! near cornwall services, 5 mins away, with a coop, taco bell, greggs, mcdonalds and amazing pizza place - we went here most nights! Michael the host gave us plenty of info and made sure we were happy. I highly recommend and having 2 bathrooms was also pretty good for a family!"

"Beautiful property of high standard and in easy reach of many scenic places. We loved the cottage which had everything to hand as if at home. Towels and bedding supplied and the only single thing missing was a tumble dryer although a washing machine was provided. Line drying was an option but the weather too wet and a clothes horse was too but a dryer preferred. "The property itself was quite presentable. Although all of the doors stuck. There were lots of amenities at the property. I think a family of 4 with dogs might be a little cramped. The property is literally in the middle of nowhere, so a vehicle is a must. If the farmer had no dogs himself I would return. But the dogs howled & cried a lot because of separation & boredom. This actually upset me.The communication with the owner was very good."

"Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. "We had such a great time at Bailiff's Cottage! It was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Cornwall. "Good base for a fun week, pool was lovely ( jacuzzi could be warmer) with good showers and changing rooms. Lovely surroundings, ideal property for family. Wi-Fi was very good. Towels were provided when web site said they weren’t which was good. Property was clean and well equipped. Would be better if dvd player in lounge not bedroom but not a big issue. We had a lovely week."

"Gorgeous old pub in a village setting. Lots of parking. The accommodation buildings are set apart from the pub, and our room was beautiful. Breakfast is served in the pub restaurant- but the landlord will deliver a jug of milk in the morning for use with the tea making facilities. Just make sure the sign outside your door is set to “yes please” for milk! No plastic in sight. We ate at the pub in the evening and the food and service were very good too. "
