Perfect hotel, very convenient place located by the beach in the heart of Bitez Bodrum South West Aegean Coast, the staff was very professional and helpful, family oriented boutique hotel- suggest this hotel to any guest for all age group family or solo travelers, from all over the world. Hotel also very close to bars restaurants and pubs also by cab very close the Bodrum centre:) Looking forward to stay there next year Esra

This hotel is in a great location on the seafront at Bitez. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. On the downside, there was no hot water at any time during our 3 day stay, the rooms are scruffy with electric sockets hanging out of the walls and leaking showers and the decor badly needed attention. The bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t stay there again but it was ok for a short break.

Must stay place.

Great place to stay in Bitez. Not the most fancy place in the area but definitely you monies worth. Location is great as you have direct beach access outside of the hotel and loads of restaurants and bars where you can have a chilled drink kust by walking along the beach. The service is really good, the best I had out of all the restaurants in that area.

Odanızı istediğiniz zaman temizleyen çok tatlı bir abla var. Odada klima, sıcak su hepsi sorunsuzdu. Sabah kahvaltısı güzeldi. Sahil şezlonglar temiz ve düzenli. Çalışanlar kibar ve güleryüzlü. Girişten itibaren yardımcı olan Mert Bey ve diğer tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler.

Denize sıfır ve mükemmel lokasyon

- otel denize sıfır olduğundan odanızdan çıkıp anında 1 dk içinde denizdesiniz ve otel müşterisi olduğunuz için şezlongunuz hazır ve ücretsiz - güneşlenirken sipariş vereceğiniz restoran seçenekleri yeterli ve çevre bölgelere göre uygun ayrıca otel müşterilerine yüzde 10 indiirm var - odalarda klima ve buz dolabı mevcut. Eşyalar görsellerdeki gibi yanıltmaca yok. Otel içi yeşil ve çok huzurlu. Konumu çok merkezi çok sayıda restoran market mağaza kuaför eczane ATM her şey yürüme mesafesi - Bitez denizini söylememe gerek yok zaten çok güzel. Yüzme bilmeyenler için çok derin olmadığını söyleyebilirim.

Çok bakımsız otel,çarşafları da çok kirli ve lekel

Ben de bir otel işletmecisiyim fakat bu kadar bakımsız bir otel görmedim. Otelin odaları geniş ama yatakları çok eski hiç rahat değildi ve çarşaflarındaki lekeler,kirler hala aklımdan çıkmıyor. Otelin sahipleri Oktay bey,eşi ve oğulları Meriç çok mükemmel,sıcakkanlı mütevazı ve güleryüzlülerdi aynı zamanda diğer personeller de çok iyi davrandılar fakat otel çok bakımsız perde bile naylondan yapma gibi... Açık büfe kahvaltı deniliyor ama toplamda 10 çeşit yok belki, her sabah kahvaltıda buz gibi çay kahve Makinesinin olmaması, bir otelci olarak otele önerim;lütfen basit şeylerden örn. kahvaltı çay gibi basit şeylerin maliyetini düşünmeyin yoksa çok müşteri kaybedersiniz. Ayrıca bu çağda Wİ-Fİ’nin odalarda olmaması büyük bir eksiklik aylık 100₺‘Ye internet bağlamak çok yüksek bir maliyet değil... hadi WiFi yok diyelim bari odalarda TV olsaydı. Kısacası otel sahiplerinden bu deneyimi paylaştığım için özür dilerim ama gelecek misafirlerin bu tür şeyleri bilmesi gerekiyor. Kısacası iki güzel şeyi vardı;personel ve konum ikisine de 10 puan ama diğerleri temizlik 1 puan kahvaltı 0

UCUZ ETİN YAHNİSİ YAVAN OLDU !

Menüdeki fiyatlar çok yüksek,2 mini üçgen dilim karpuz ve peynire 20 TL alınca otelde çay dışında tüketim yapmadık.Personel sayısı çok , güler yüzlüler ama iş bilmiyorlar.Menemen yapmayı bile ben tarif ettim.Sıcak çaya da hasret kaldık...TV çalışmıyordu,girişte 1 saat sonra teknik servis gelecek dediler,gelmedi,2 saat sonra sorduk,yine 1 saat sonra yanıtını aldık,hiç gelmedi :) Şampuan dahi vermiyorlar...İlk gün açık büfe kahvaltı vardı,sonrasında tabakta verdiler...Ve Bodrum bitmiş,varoş -paçoz insanlarla dip dibe idik...UCUZ ETİN YAHNİSİ YAVAN OLDU !

Sadece uyuma icin uygun fiyat

Sadece uyumak istiyorsaniz, otelde vakit gecirmeyecekseniz ve uygun fiyata kalmak istiyorsaniz tercih edilebilir, yataklar cok rahatti. Otel personeli guler yüzlüydü o acidan memnun kaldik fakat restoran kismindaki kisiler gercekten daha profesyonel olmaliydi, ikili iliskileri ona gore kurmalilardi, gereksiz bir samimiyet kurma cabasindalardi. Bu acidan hic memnun kalmadik. Tekrar tercih etmeyi dusunmuyoruz.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli olup, personel ve isletmecinin yaklaşımları pozitif. Hergün düzenli oda temizliği yapılması, otelin adeta denize sıfır konumu, personelin ilgisi ve bulunduğu Bitez koyunun güzelliği otele her türlü övgunun yapılmasını haklı kılıyor.
