Stunning inside premises, lovely park, big pool and comfortable setting around. Good rooms and aircon, great shower. Very disappointing staff attitudes which may or may not spoil the whole thing. Found in the kitchen just two dirty plates and two dirty glasses. - very much so. Asked the reception to bring a minimal set like 2 plates, glasses, cups, spoons. Some of this came within minutes. Couple hours later when I called the reception to ask when I can expect the cups, etc, I got told off. “You stay alone and you ask for extra cups???” in a very unfriendly manne. I said there was nothing, and I am not asking for extra, just the opposite. In any case, how come they can be so rude? And yes, they solved that small issue with cups etc It turned out that there was an aftrenoon shift change, and the nicer previous staff was taken over. The incident, however small it was, left its mark and made me feel strange and unwelcome in those gorgeous premises. Was happy to leave after my two nights

Place was newly renovated and the facilities were well maintained. Buffet breakfast could have had better hot items. Place was a bit far from any beaches but then I guess the same could be said for most of the hotels in Bodrum unless they have a beachfront property.

Lovel hotel with friendly staff throughout.
Lovely hotel complex, friendly staff throughout the hotel, reception staff, andrestaurant staff all excelled. Very helpful and responsive. I required assistance on a couple of occasions and the reception staff were very obliging. The apartment was clean on arrival and facilities were good, our apartment had a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing maching, induction hob. A kitchen set can be requested, pot, pan, mugs, utensils and other items. We bought a pair of glass tumblers ourselves from a local supermarket for our own convenience. The mugs would have sufficed. The bed was a nice size, very comfortable. In room safe, wardrobe storage and hangers included, again, we bought inexpensive additional clothing hangers from a local supermarket for our own convenience. Breakfast is usually eggs, cooked to your preference, fried, boiled, or scrambled and they are served with a selection of bread, spreads, cheeses, olives, melon, cucumber, tomato and other items. Extra items are available for a small charge. The grounds are very clean and there are lots of colourful plants, plently of greenery around the complex. Very clean. Also worth noting is the proximity of the hotel to Bitez beach, less than 10 minutes walk. We had a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony. Housekeeping is good although we did to request a fresh change of towels on a couple of occasions, however this is a minor thing that didn't ruin our stay at this lovely hotel. We hope to return again.

Amazng hotel
Amazing hotel, great location and staff were very helpful. It's close to the beach and all activities. The room is cozy and the breakfast is great. They take COVID seriously and there's sanitizers everywhere. I'd definitely stay here again!

Nice property, friendly staff albeit empty kitchen
Quiet location a short walk from the beach. Nice friendly staff couldn't have been more helpful. Beware though that during COVID times there is nothing in the room. We had to buy our own glasses. We also asked to rent kitchenware from the hotel (something they advertise) and we asked twice but it never arrived.

Perfect getaway
Staff was very accommodating and prompt but we had some difficulty with the language barrier. A great place with a great location. Lots of steps up to the upper rooms so beware if you have physical limitations!

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a hotel that has all necessities. Hotel is new and clean and has a calm welcoming atmosphere. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nicely designed for privacy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular a big shout out for Murat and Ramazan who made our time there fun and went above and beyond for us everytime. Dorman should be proud to have such great staff running it's establishment. Loved this hotel and ended up staying another night.

I had a delightful stay at the Dorman Suites Hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it to future guests. 1. Staff & Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and quick in their assistance. It’s evident they prioritize guest satisfaction 2. Food: Breakfast was a highlight. The Turkish cheese and kaymak paired with honey were standouts. Additionally, the menu boasted a vast selection of Bodrum specialties, pizzas, snacks, and drinks. 3. Ambience: The presence of many charming cats and kittens adds to the hotel’s unique character. They’re generally well-behaved, but do be mindful if you’re dining near the pool. 4. Room: Our suite was comfortable and each room was separately air-conditioned, though the shower could benefit from slight improvements. 5. Location & Amenities: Nestled atop a scenic hill in Bitez, the beach is a mere 5-minute walk away. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby hiking trail with its hidden waterfront gems. For those looking to explore, a variety of restaurants and supermarkets are in close proximity. The city center of Bodrum is easily accessible by taxi, costing approximately 150-250 Turkish liras. 6. Facilities: The hotel boasts a pristine pool surrounded by sun loungers and tables. Conveniently, clean towels are available at reception. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr leckere Speisen im Restaurant, eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Super aufmerksames Personal, einer der Kellner, Yusuf, hat sich direkt gemerkt was wir beim Frühstück trinken und es uns jeden Morgen sofort gebracht. Ich ziehe nur einen Punkt ab wegen den Fugen im Bad, die lassen kein sauberes Bild ab. Ansonsten alles Top!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Zum Strand muss man gute 5 Minuten Fußweg einplanen.
