Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location, facilities and staff were all impeccable, and I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. It is definitely on the more expensive side, but it was absolutely worth it. The views were stunning and the whole experience felt incredibly special. An absolute must stay!

Rooms – 1 deluxe suite for 3 and 1 regular room Nights – 3 Despite opening only 2 months ago, Oku surpassed our expectations across all categories. First, the service, which even at opening is phenomenal. Nothing is flamboyant, everything is considered. From 9 different olives and 10 different cheeses and an entire stone-oven baked goods selection to a rich spread of fruits (not just chopped up melons but cherries and figs) at breakfast, you enjoy probably one of the best breakfast buffets in Bodrum (I have visited annually for the past 17 years). The gym is equipped with the latest equipment, is spacious, and faces a beautiful sea view. All rooms have a direct sea view. You are in elemental luxury, and every aspect of your room feels like a true sanctuary. The staff is incredibly well trained. They are happy to be here and are doing a great job. We had several allergies, and the team was very accommodating and flexible. The boutique is small and carries a set of unique set of pieces if you need a last minute outfit to go out.

Wunderschönes Designhotel – aber kein echter 5-Sterne-Service Das OKU Bodrum ist architektonisch wunderschön, die Anlage traumhaft und die Zimmer großzügig und stilvoll. Wir erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade. Auch das hervorragende Frühstück und die kostenfreien Yogastunden haben uns begeistert. Enttäuschend war allerdings der Zustand nach gerade einmal vier Monaten Betrieb: lockere, teils ausgebrochene Wandhaken, abgenutzte Poolbereiche und ungepflegte, überwucherte Balkonbepflanzung. Seitlicher Sichtschutz ist sinnvoll – Pflanzen, die direkt den Meerblick verdecken, dagegen kaum. Die größte Schwachstelle ist der Service. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aber trotz reichlich Personal fehlte es massiv an Aufmerksamkeit. Mitarbeiter unterhielten sich lieber miteinander, während Gäste warteten. Am Pool wurden wir vier Stunden lang nicht einmal nach Getränken gefragt. Die Serviceknöpfe funktionierten nicht. Die Preise sind auf Luxusniveau (Aperol 23 €, Wagyu-Burger 35 €), die Qualität leider nicht immer. Der Burger war nicht einmal durchschnittlich. Zudem war nur eines der angekündigten Restaurants geöffnet, ohne vorherige Information. Unser Fazit: Luxus bedeutet mehr als schönes Design und hohe Preise. Es sind Aufmerksamkeit, Professionalität und Liebe zum Detail, die ein echtes 5-Sterne-Hotel ausmachen. Genau hier hat das OKU Bodrum erheblichen Nachholbedarf. Besonders schade bei so viel Potenzial!

Oku Bodrum’da konaklamamız boyunca her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Otelin atmosferi, konumu, temizliği ve sunduğu hizmet gerçekten çok başarılıydı. En büyük teşekkürümüz ise Okan Bey ve Berke Bey’e. Güler yüzleri, profesyonellikleri ve her konuda çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları sayesinde kendimizi çok değerli hissettik. Misafir memnuniyetine verdikleri önem her an hissediliyordu. Böylesine kaliteli bir ekiple karşılaşmak tatilimizi çok daha özel hale getirdi. Bodrum’a tekrar geldiğimizde ilk tercihimiz kesinlikle Oku Bodrum olacak. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Gerçekten harika bir otel. Odalar çok konforlu ve her detay düşünülmüş. Teyo’da da beach’te de yediğimiz her şey inanılmaz lezzetliydi. Mutfak kalitesi gerçekten birinci sınıf. Kahvaltı muazzam. Ama asıl farkı yaratan şey personel. Karşılamadan ayrılışa kadar herkes son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Bodrum için gerçekten büyük bir değer. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.
