Loved it

Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel staff was super accomodating and switched our two rooms to a gorgeous family room as we were travelling with kids. The beach is wonderful as is the pool. The staff is all fantastic and the hotel is located very close to all the happening spots in bodrum. Over all a wonderful experience.

The hotel and staff was very poor. Our room was moldy and dirty and filled with mesquites on the walls and ceiling. The ac blew directly on the bed so you frozen if you used the unit. We stayed one night but had booked 7 nights . We moved to better hotel in bodrum for almost the same price . Food was poor quality and displayed in a rather unappealing manner. Do Not book this hotel

Worse hotel I stayed, I do not know how this hotel is rated as five stars, even not qualified for four stars, room is too small, the bed is smaller than twin, no lotion, put all hair conditioners at the room, called the room service, then put all shower gels, room is stinky, bathroom is cracked, for foods, very limited choices, all the same for a week, if you go there a bit later, you will miss fish, people are fighting for fish, only good food there, no shrimps or other seafood, out of this resort is dirty, even inside it is not kept clean, a tiny theater, where you have daily show, worse than a street performance, for the beach, hard to see such bad water and sands, the service is very bad, few people speak English, cocktails are just like water, this resort is not near five stars, at the maximum, three stars, stay away from this hotel, unless you want to mess up your expensive vacation

Find yourself a better hotel

It all depends on your expectations and what you want to get out of the holiday. Although it was advertised as a 5* all inclusive, it really is a 3* at best. There are two main pools in the hotel. The "relax pool" is a a pool mainly where families and couples will hang out. We spent most of our time here until there was a situation where a kid pooed in the pool. It took the staff approx 3-4 hours to do anything about it. They didn't have a sign up so people kept on jumping in despite the poo. It was so gross to watch. The other pool labelled "activity pool" - I strong advise staying away from. It's full of men who wear bum bags and gold chains around their neck. They sit in the pool all day blasting house music. It's quite intimidating and not a very friendly atmosphere, especially if you have children. The staff are relatively helpful, though some were plain rude. Especially the guy who serves drinks at the main restaurant. He blanked us every time we tried to order a drink and I also heard guests say the same. The alcoholic drinks were disappointing and the beer was always flat. The rooms are okay, I suppose. Though, they seem to be infested with mosquitos. I tried to count how many times I was bitten on my legs - I got up to 30 before I gave up counting. Some places around the hotel smell like sewerage - awful to walk past at times. Overall, hotel is very dated and could do with modernisation. Tacky furniture that has a lot of stains.

The location and views from our balcony were incredible! We made a tiny plumbing issue with our original room, but were moved next day to a much nicer one! The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff.

2 sene önce gidip daha mutlu kaldığımız bir oteldi. Referans olup diğer aile üyelerimizi de otele getirdik mahçup olduk. Odanın temizliği yüzeysel bir şekilde yapılıyor tuvalet ve lavabolar temizlenmiyor.Eğer bahşiş veriyorsanız personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Vermiyorsanız asık suratlı ve öncelik olmuyorsunuz.Personel sayısı yetersiz. Mutfağı çok kötü aç kaldık desek yeridir genellikle dondurulmuş gıdalar ve yeşillikler yıkanmamış, yumurtalar mosmor. 3 gün boyunca otelde asansör sıkıntısı yaşadık 2 yaşındaki bebeğimle günde kaç kere merdiven inip çıktım annem ve babam yaşlı insanlar zorlandılar. Çift yataklı dedikleri oda da çekyat var orda yatıyorsunuz. Mini bar asla yenilenmedi. Odalarda karınca ve böcekler vardı. Otelin sadece konumu ve denizi güzel. Çocuk havuzunda bile yetişkinler yüzüyor ve kimse uyarmıyor. Benzer yorumlar yazılmasına rağmen otel tarafında herhangi bir düzenleme yapılmıyor. Eksiklikler giderilmiyor.

Il n’y avais aucune propreté dans les chambres, les lits était cassé, impossible de dormir ou de bouger dans le lit la nuit tellement il fesait du bruit. Le buffet étais nul toujours de la bouffe répétitif et degueulasse. Le personel était pas gentil et irrespectueux. L’hôtel manque de qualité et d’entretien. Je ne rouspète pas de l’hôtel mais j’ai assisté au changement de cette hôtel puisque c’était la 4eme fois que je suis venue depuis 2014

Otelin konumu ve otel genel olarak çok güzel, fiyat performans oteli ancak son gün çok saçma bir olay yaşadım. Tam çıkış yapacağım gün saat 11:30 gibi üstümü değiştirip giyinmiştim ki bir anda içeriye çalışan biri girdi, kapı tıklama yok içeride insanlar müsait mi değil mi sormak etmek yok. Otelden çıkış saatim gelmemişti bile bu olay yaşandığında. bu sebep ile çok tedirgin oldum açıkcası. Otele de tek başıma seyahat etmiştim, herhangi bir çalışan böyle zart diye odalara girebiliyorsa bu çok büyük bir problem. Tekrar tercih edip etmemek konusunda kararsızım.

Rezerve ettiğimiz odaları bize veremediler. Baska oda opsiyonları sundular. Erken girişe izin verildi. Çıkış saatine 1 saat önceden 3 kez telefon ile 3 kez kapıya gelerek rahatsız edildik. Yemekler vasat fakat mezeler güzel. Buz içme suyundan yapılıyor buz tüketmeyin. Sahili küçük bayram zamanı geldiğimiz için çok kalabalıktı yer bulmakta zorlandık. Yastıklar boş gibi kayboluyoruz yatınca. Sert veya dolu yastık istediğinizde yok diyorlar. Hiç konforlu değildi. Erkek grupları olarak gelenler vardı. Aile için çok uygun bir otel değil. Akşam Etkinlikler yok. Sadece dans gösterisi ve sonrasında cluba görüyorlar isterseniz.
