The room size and view is the best thing about this hotel. Only few staff speak English. The breakfast is also very good. But the reception staff and the beach staff does not match the size nor the price of the hotel. They need more professional team. Although most are nice young people but the management needs to up their pool and beach service. Also the beach is not the best swim there. But all together it was ok. But will try another hotel next time.

nothing in order. nice people but no one helps
Very lengthy and shady check-in. even with pay at property, they start chasing me to pay weeks in advance otherwise will cancel the room!! room service was bad. took a copy of my CC!!!. I'm calling to cancel my card. keep taking all items in the room and never bring them back. No WIFI. had to chance them for access. constantly had to chase someone multiple time to fix something. but supper nice people if you could find one. very very very far from everything for no reason. this resort could have had a good potential but only 4 guests in total I could see in 3 days in a massive resort. very shady business. almost 40 Euro for a shot of wisky :D

It was our first time staying here. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Management was also very professional, friendly, and super accommodating. The general manager sent flowers to our room because he heard that my father wasn't feeling well. This was a really nice gesture that I really appreciated. They also have an awesome infinity pool overseeing the sea. Overall a wonderful experience. Denise, the front desk manager was also very kind and super helpful! We'll definitely come back here!!

Great Villas but away from town
Great Hotel, but far away from Town. Villas were excellent and amazing welcome by Sonar n his team. Butler sevice was great. Buggies service was instant. House keeping was slow but not bad. Breakfast was nice. Spa was good too....massive hotel but very few options to eat. Beach facilities was dead. villa rooms were spacious n nice.

Staff are careless and untrained, no bell boy! 3 hours later I had to drag my bag to the furthest room in the property! Taxi coordination takes about an hour! Checking in is at 2! They checked me in at 3! Even longer to checkout! Reception is a disaster! Room is not as per the photo shown in Expedia and when I showed them the photo of the room I booked they got angry trying to convince me otherwise! Beach and restaurants on the other hand are good! This hotel is extremely over priced and not worth the stay!! I’m writing this feed back while waiting for the second hour for a taxi!!

It is a beautiful property, I was disappointed because they didn’t explain the hotel amenities an wen I told them that I am a VIP Expedia member they refused to upgrade me and said there is no availability. Even tough there was plenty of available rooms on their websites.!!!

Our stay at Sirene Bodroom was amazing. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed the amenities, pool, and beach access and also the breakfast. Definitely a great choice to stay and will visit again.

One of the staff didn’t give our privacy every time asking what we will do later moreover when i wrote my experience in hotel for a bad experience i have got then she camed the rude staff the same one and thanks us for what i have wrote in hotel my experience in a joke and she told me that she had already known the experience that i have wrote like she is challenged me something like that I didn’t like it more over the first reason which gave me this bad experience which is the same staff spoil my surprise for my husband birthday which i had requested a birthday cake for him when we reached the hotel she told him happy birthday and she let him notice there is something will be happen after that i told the staff why did you do that then she answered me in a joke she told me its okay now he can enjoy the rest of the day without telling me sorry for that

What a wonderful place to be in the summer!
Wonderful surprise in Bodrum! This hotel is a luxury hotel, priced as such and the amenities, the rooms, the wonderful location & beach, and especially the level of service is exactly what you would hope to get from a hotel of this caliber! We stayed for four nights and wished we didn't have to get back to our busy lives! The trip was fun, relaxing, full of amazing meals, and wonderful poolside cocktails! The breakfast has been the best part of starting the day at Sirene; the food is amazing, cheeses, top quality, great vegan offerings too (e.g., soy milk, almond milk). They remembered how we drank our coffee and prepared favorite juice mixes every day!!! Thanks to Hatice, Filiz, Murat, and Oktay! We felt our every need any moment were taken care of by the reception and concierge staff; the managers Erman, Ercan, the amazing customer service leader Burcu, and everyone who has helped out from Habib, Veli, Serhat, etc... Great team! The restaurant is amazing; it's on the more expensive side but the food and ambiance are great so we pretty much ate there everyday! The attention to detail has been amazing; we had wine in our room for being one fo the first guests of the season. They even washed my car! You cannot find such an amazing team anywhere easily! The managers are clearly doing a good job! I'd definitely recommend this wonderful place!

Amazing stay
An amazing holiday destination after a period of lockdown. The hotel is well-placed n the hill leading up to the seashore to offer amazing views of the Aegean sea. Radiant blue waters and beautiful sunsets. The hotel appeared to take all precautions due to Covid. The Breakfast buffet area was well-managed considering this and good layout of freshly made dishes. The beds are really comfortable within the large bright airy rooms. I believe all rooms are sea-facing. The hotel staff were very considerate and took all the effort to make our stay comfortable.

The most memorable hotel
We had an amazing time at the hotel, it was the most beautiful hotel, all the staff members were very professional and helpful, especially I had the pleasure to get to know the three young ladies, Benginur, Mina, and Burcu, who helped us a lot, and answered all our questions, definitely will go back next year with my kids.

We visited this resort in the middle of september 2019 in our anniversary. Highly recommended for relaxation. Very clean rooms and towels. The view from balcony is amazing. endless sea view in the horizon. Staff: many of them are polite and helpful but some need more training to keep a professional attitude. Activities: Gym, swimming pools and spa. The spa experience is my worst. Very untrained and unproffessional personnel. location: is about 1hr drive from the airport (30 euro for taxi from airport). Marina which has many shops and resturants is about 10 minute drive. breakfast: great variation and quality

Our stay was wonderful. We booked the Deluxe Sea view room. It was very very spacious, huge balcony, the view is unreal. The hotel is very new, great condition, and modern. We didn't need to explore any other beaches or hotels cause it was an absolutely beautiful 5 star hotel. The infinity pool and beach lounging areas have great views ! The breakfast buffet was 10/10, the biggest variety I've seen so far. The breakfast terrace is breathtaking. They have a beach view restaurant as well for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service 24 hrs. I would advise hotel to add more salad options to the menu. They are around 5 only. It's very close to Yalikavak Marina. There is a small gap under the door that needs to be closed, you can hear outside trolleys. Benginur and Cansu Concierge ladies were very helpful and kind. Check in and check out were a bit slow, hotel is understaffed there was only 1 person on reception.

I booked 2 rooms with King beds in June for an August arrival. When I checked into the hotel they had booked both rooms with twin beds and offered nothing else since they were fully booked. They had a room available but it was a suite and were not willing to upgrade us for the one night they had no king sized bedrooms available. I wasted 2 hours of my vacation after a 15 hour journey to get to the hotel only to be told they were unwilling to do anything. To make matters worse the ceiling outside my hotel room was caving in and water was leaking onto the floor and coming into my room! They didn't even offer a free meal or ANYTHING. I deserve some compensation - I called the Hotels.com Gold Member service lines multiple times and nothing was done to help me AT ALL. I am VERY disappointed and this was unacceptable!

Terrible Service and Treatment
I booked 2 rooms with King beds in June for an August arrival. When I checked into the hotel they had booked both rooms with twin beds and offered nothing else since they were fully booked. They had a room available but it was a suite and were not willing to upgrade us for the one night they had no king sized bedrooms available. I wasted 2 hours of my vacation after a 15 hour journey to get to the hotel only to be told they were unwilling to do anything. To make matters worse the ceiling outside my hotel room was caving in and water was leaking onto the floor and coming into my room! They didn't even offer a free meal or ANYTHING. I deserve some compensation - I called the Hotels.com Gold Member service lines multiple times and nothing was done to help me AT ALL. I am VERY disappointed and this was unacceptable!

Very remote location with no guidance from staff on things to do in the vicinity. Difficulty in communication with staff in English. Service quality not in sync with the standard of usual household hotel brands and found lacking particularly in view of the price charged. You get the sense that the hotel, its facilities and services are not organized optimally or guest-friendly. Furthermore, staff don’t seem inclined or interested in enhancing your stay.

Our stay in Sirene hotel was amazing and the location was in middle of the peninsula. The rooms were big comfortable clean . The staff were sicking the guests satisfaction, I found the smile everywhere in the hotel. Thank you Azra Ulu and Nora for you.

Everything from the moment we booked our hotel was incredible. We were spending part of our honeymoon at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond. We were welcomed with a couple of glasses of champagne and our spacious room had amazing goodies all around. The lobby had snacks and champagne for any guest all day long. The pools have amazing views and the staff is very attentive to guests. They brought white sand to the beach which gives it a very luxury feeling, and again the service at the beach is like no other. This hotel also had the best gym and fitness facilities with all the equipment needed.

When we arrived the house guest representatives told us we will have a complementary Turkish bath for everyone at our villa but when we checked out they charged us for it. Other things the don’t have sandy beaches and everything you need to pay for. Other remark is the hotel is far from Bodrum a good 45 minutes drive and taxis are very expansive. Overall they need to get more courtesy to clients as we booked a very expansive villa.

I wish the kids club offered more advanced entertainment section from ages 6-12. The kids club is more for younger kids till age 4. Otherwise the hotel is pretty decent and clean. Staff service is great .
