Going that little extra mile for their guests

Not only was the full breakfast the best hotel breakfast my GF and I ever had, but the owner, Yigit, even took us to Ephesus by car when we told him we were interested in seeing it (roughly three hours each way). We were also surprised to learn that our taxi from Poyz to the airport was free - a very welcome surprise. The hospitality and service during our stay here was unmatched. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel amenities were superb. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again!

Absoluter Albtraum – gestohlenes Geld, Lügen und null Verantwortung! Bei unserer Ankunft im The Poyz Hotel mussten wir entsetzt feststellen, dass kein Zimmer für uns bereitstand, obwohl unsere Buchung bestätigt war. Das „Angebot“ des Hotels: die private Wohnung eines Mitarbeiters als Ersatzunterkunft für die erste Nacht – völlig unzumutbar und eine absolute Frechheit. Über stundenlange Diskussionen mit dem Hotelpersonal kämpften wir schließlich um ein normales Zimmer, bevor wir eines bekamen. Doch das Schlimmste kam noch: Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden uns insgesamt 900 € gestohlen – aus drei verschiedenen Taschen, also gezielt und systematisch. Wir fühlten uns massiv bedroht, unsere Privatsphäre wurde verletzt und der gesamte Urlaub war von Stress und Angst geprägt. Wir erstatteten sofort Anzeige bei der Polizei und holten rechtlichen Rat ein. Der Hotelbesitzer reagierte auf unsere berechtigten Forderungen nur mit Hinhaltetaktik. Er meinte, wir sollten ihm Zeit geben, er wolle „der Sache auf den Grund gehen“ und sei sich sicher, dass eine Mitarbeiterin schuld sei. Polizei und Anwalt bestätigten uns jedoch, dass dies nur Ausreden sind und vom Hotel keine ernsthaften Maßnahmen zu erwarten sind. Wir haben ihm nun 6 Wochen Zeit gegeben, es ist nichts passiert und wir werden ignoriert. Dieser Aufenthalt hat uns nicht nur 900 € gestohlenes Geld, sondern auch Nerven, Zeit und die gesamte Urlaubsfreude gekostet. Das Hotel ist nicht vertrauenswürdig! Finger weg, gefährlich!

Öncelikle otel oldukça temizdi. Gümbet barlar sokağına çok yakın olmasına rağmen geceleri müzik sesi rahatsız etmiyor. İlk gün hir aksilik olmasına rağmen çözüm odaklı ve güler yüzlü davrandılar. Bizi iyi hissetirmek her türlü yardımcı oldular. Mutfakları oldukça temiz ve sabah kahvaltısında olması gereken her şeyden fazlasıyla vardı. Gayet memnun kaldım.

When I arrived to this hotel, the staff member wrote me a message that was translated on his phone to Turkish saying that my room was not available because of an issue with one of their personnel… He told me that he would set us up in a sea view room in a neighbouring hotel. I went along as I didn’t know about the other hotel, communication was difficult and I felt that I basically had no choice! Although the other hotel did have a sea view, the rooms were not renovated, AC was very loud and night clubs on the beach were also very loud all night. My son was not happy to be in that room. If there really was a genuine problem with my booking, the hotel should have written and given me the option to cancel in advance so I can choose another hotel of my liking. I really did not appreciate how this situation was handled.

Otelde konaklamaktan çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, kendimizi gerçekten çok rahat hissettik. Otel genel olarak tertemizdi ve oldukça sakin, huzurlu bir ortama sahipti. Dinlenmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Kahvaltıları lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Ayrıca denize yakın olması da büyük bir avantajdı. Hem konfor hem de huzur arayanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Park konusunda çalışanlar ilgilendiler sağolsunlar Tekrar gelmeyi isterim!

Butik olarak güzel bir otel

Resepiyondaki arkadaşlar çok ilgiliydiler. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi ve lezzetliydi Odada saç kurutma makinesi ve ütü yoktu. Birde perde biraz kısaydı sürekli kontrol ederek hareket etmek zorunda kaldık. Biraz duvarlar ve kapılar ince ses yalıtımı arttırılabilir.

Çok güzel bir oteldi. Gümbet sahil tarafına yakın olmasına rağmen geceleri herhangi bir gürültü almadık. Çalışanlar çok samimi ve ellerinden ne gelirse yardımcı oluyorlar. Odaları çok temiz. Yatakları ve yastıkları inanılmaz rahat. Kahvaltısı başarılıydı. Biz memnun kaldık. 2 gece kaldık ama keske 2 hafta kalabilseydik. Tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim bu güzel ağırlama için. Bidahakine'de aynı yerde kalmayı planlıyoruz.

Evcil hayvan dostu olduğu için tercih ettik. İyi ki etmişiz. Kedimiz, eşim ve ben çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı bol çeşitli, doyurucu ve lezzetli. Duvarların ince olup ses geçirmesi dışında negatif bir şey yaşamadık. İşletmeci ve personel kibar, nazik ve güleryüzlü. 2 gün kaldık, çok iyi karşılandık ve ağırlandık. Konum merkezi bir yerde. Denize, çarşıya, eğlence mekanlarına çok yakın. Tavsiye ederim.
