I do not recall saying that. I was just frustrated with myself having missed the email and not adding it to the calendar. I am definitely not a rude person and I sincerely apologise if it came across that way. I had apologised after realising my error and I am sorry once again. Hopefully this error will be a eye opening experience for me to check my emails more vigilantly.

Hi Sarah I Don't understand what you mean by the bed had a huge angle on it ????? It is the same bed as all the beds in the whole motel. We are a 3 star independently fully accredited motel not a 5 star motel - don't know what you were expecting for the price 99.00 for 2 adults and 1 baby in a queen room ???Most people agree that we are very good value for money!!!
