"This is a very nice motel. There are healthy plants inside and outside rooms. Their breakfast selection is limited compared to other places we stayed but there is a great selection of toppings for oatmeal and the owner cook great eggs, poached or boiled, which I don’t see at any other places. However I think it’s rather expensive for what we got. When we arrived around 6:30pm, no one was in the office but I was able to get my room key from the counter. After I unpacked and returned to the office to get some drinking water around 7:30pm, the office was locked. It’s the most expensive night for our 16 day trip to the maritimes, with many other hotels that have better services but cost much less. It may justify its price for its location, but I may consider skipping this location if I travel to Cape Breton region again."

"It’s a super cute little house. Wrap around deck. Everything you would need for a vacation. Not right on the lake but it was nice because it was within walking distance but private at same time. Bring water shoes no ladder on the dock but that didn’t affect us or our children. We will definitely be staying here again! Neighbour’s are great lots of families if u have kids. Easy entry when first arriving. We brought our dog and they loved it aswell. The host was very easy to get ahold of when needed. One thing to remember take screenshots of passcode and wifi passwords because no service once at the cabin. Can’t wait to visit again!"
