不建議的旅程

附近除了一個水世界公園以外也沒什麼地方可以去，不建議住兩晚，泳池的水很髒我們全家皮膚都過敏了，兩天的早餐都很少尤其是第二天更少因為住客少所以準備的也少，食物上飛滿了蚊蠅也沒人管，總之這次是很糟糕的體驗，實在是不值得這個價格

令人失望的旅程

兩房一廳兩晚挺不值的，一進房又是燈壞又是窗簾太短遮不住，小廚房什麼基本餐具都沒有只有一個微波爐，需要什麼都要一直打客房服務有夠麻煩，隔天清掃連備品都不肯補齊，洗髮精跟沐浴根本不夠用，孩子把浴室杯子打破也不補一個，退房還主動告知也賠錢了，算是很有良知的客人了，但是你們的服務實在太令人失望！

Saya memilih kamar type 2 bedroom. Kondisi yang tidak baik : - Kamar mandi : shower hanya 1 dan modelnya dr atas (tidak bs dicopot), saya bawa bayi dan tidak bs mandi pdhl sdh bawa kursi dudukan. - Lampu kamar mati : colokan rusak tidak diperhatikan - Peralatan makan : tidak ada sama sekali untuk sendok, piring atau pisau stainles. Tamu mau pinjam tidak dikasih harus pesan makanan dl, pdhl saya cm mau pinjam sendok. - pelayanan : saya minta keset kaki 2 hanya dikasih 1.

Nice hotel, great hospitality, good location

Aston Bogor is located near to Jungle Waterpark and De Voyage. It's perfect for a family trip. With its busy condition with full occupancy during the Eid long holiday (peak season) all staffs was still serving the guests with their excellent hospitality. The facility inside the hotels are also in good maintenance and great for a family vacation. We rent 2 condotels; 1 with its 2 bedrooms, and 1 with 1 bedroom.

Family hotel

Location Near the Jungle water park, and many foodstreet stall near the hotel. The facilities is good, but for the restaurant menu is no special taste. There is a bicycle rental that you can see around the area. The pool is good, there are 3 pools and one of them for kids, near the pool you can find also gym and kids club. The hotel is good for family.

決してリゾート風ではないですし、連休だったのでものすごい数のインドネシア人が滞在していました。途中、夫がレストランにパスポートの入ったバッグを置き忘れるというハプニングがありましたが、無事に手元に戻りました。(フロント保管)※タクシーとかだと100パーセント戻りません。スタッフはみな親切でした。 朝食はほぼインドネシア料理で、豚肉は一切出てきませんでした。宿泊客が多かったせいで席もなかったり、食べるものや食器が不足していました。

Our 2 nights stay in a 2 bedrooms condo would be 7 out of 10 score. Located in well preserved environment with hilly contour and a river split the hotel. Trees are everywhere make a nice scenery and generate fresh air. Pool was good and clean, children were very happy. Hospitality was great, crew are helpful, in room dining was very quick serve. Unfortunately our condo unit was not so clean especially its bathroom and at our 2nd night in hotel we experience power down only in our room, thanks to experience staff it recover quickly. Minus score is central controlled AC, there is no separate controller for each room and make it difficult to get ideal temperature. Other is due to large area and only 1 accessible lobby for all tower it is not friendly for elderly or pregnant lady. You should request nearest tower for them. Pay attention for traffic jam to get in/out the hotel, avoid busy hour, always check google maps. Fyi, we stay on low occupancy period (weekday).

a family oriented hotel with promising prospects.

it's a decent hotel with sufficient amenities for families and kids. Didn't find too many surprises, not that it's a bad thing.
