Hotel El Dorado Bogota
It was "somewhat OK" until my last night at the property. At 3am I was disturbed by the noise from the room upstairs, loud music, doors slamming, things being thrown on the floor. I called reception at 3:35am to complain, Reception said they would talk to the people. Quieted down for about 5 minutes ...
