Ha cambiado desde la última vez que estuvimos ahí

Hacía mucho tiempo que no visitabamos el Hotel, antes de ser parte de Ayenda. Nos parece que el estilo ha cambiado de un hotel tipo boutique a un bed and breakfast. El staff parece una familia que vive ahi y fué raro que estaban como con visitas hablando alto y hasta tarde en la noche. A pesar de ésta situación, pudimos descansar durante la estadía.

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme antes de la pandemia y la experiencia habia sido favorable, sin embago en la ultima visita encontré el hotel muy descuidado, el baño estaba sucio y los dispensadores de jabón y acondicionador de la ducha estaban sin recarga. La atencion deberia mejorar.

Nothing but the basics

If you are looking for a place to stay that is inexpensive, safe and clean then Ecoboutique Hotel is a great choice. Nothing is fancy here. Just comfy and convenient.

El hotel es agradable y cómodo, sin embargo a las personas de recepción les falta amabilidad. Me hospedé por primera vez y no recibí ninguna información, había que sacarle las palabras a la recepcionista, no entendía como funcionaban los servicios. La respuesta en monosílabos.

The overall experience was ok. The add stated it had a/c but it doesn't. The room was clean, the size average to other boutique hotel, the bed comfortable... The hospitality was also average, some hosts treated us better than others. The hotel is located on a quiet area. I would use it again.

Buena estadía y servicio y personal muy atento

Todo fue bueno. El hotel es acogedor y el servicio siempre fue amable y el peronal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos. Las comidas estuvieron bien y no tuvimos problemas.

El hotel es muy bonito pero las habitaciones muy , pequeñas . Lo único malo es que no cuenta con elevador . El techo en las habitaciones del 3er nivel es diagonal y es bastante incomodo pues se topa uno la cabeza. Es una zona tranquila y segura tan tranquila que no hay nada cerca Jajaja

Anuncian servicios y cuartos que los sustituyen por otro. LLegue al Hotel y me diejorn que no tenía lugar y me llevaron a una casona abandonada y me dieron el garage que habían acondicionado como cuarto de hotel.,

El sector es tranquilo, no es tan cerca del centro, en un taxi son 10-15 minutos. El hotel es correcto, pero las habitaciones son muy estrechas. Además de cada habitación tiene escrito un nombre, no encontré una razón de que fuera un hotel boutique. El desayuno es correcto, sin ser excelente. Tienen un serio problema con la red de internet, no funciona bien, cosa que resulta muy incómoda si se viaja desde otro país, necesitan corregir urgentemente ese problema, porque no funciona bien. Es una opción correcta si el proyecto es llegar a dormir y descansar un una cama cómoda.

Though there is some ambient noise from the adjacent rooms and lobby the service was excellent, front desk staff very helpful, and breakfast is included. Very firm beds and good water pressure. Would definitely stay again.

Experience was horrible from the beging at the front desk. Facilities in the main building are ok, but in the second tower are horrible and you pay the same price. Don’t allow you to move to second tower..they use to do this when the main building is full. You buy what you see in the web site which is ok, but if they move you to second building is horrible. In this case, I recommend you do not accept and move to another hotel

This is a really bad hotel, when you book this hotel they don't tell you that you need to go to another direction, they have two locations, the photos they show is nothing like the room when you arrive, it is unpleasant to book at one hotel thinking that it's like how they show but when you are there is nothing similar to the photos, so I suggest you NOT to book this hotel because they charge a health insurance meanwhile you are in the hotel in case something happens, but it's totally useless, so if you can book something better and pleasant for your stay in Bogota do it, don't choose this disgusting hotel.

Don’t go if you value sleep

You will wake up every morning to the loud sounds of machinery as the hotel is constantly under repair because it is old. Over the course of a week, I was only able to sleep in once. Connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi. Part of the roof collapsed inside the hotel because of the rain. Do you assigned me to a room that had the plumbing missing from my sink. Turning on the water made it go directly to the floor. They gave me the option of staying there or paying extra for a nicer room. Interesting scam.
