Hotel looks nice on the outside but rooms are horrible They look like a cheap motel you rent for 3 hours 1 sober bed and a little fridge on the floor with nothing in it... A shame because the outside looks good

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue regular. Los cuartos estaban limpios y en buen estado, aunque los televisores podrían ser un poco más modernos y ojalá fueran Smart TVs para poder ver algo más que los canales básicos con una calidad pesima y casi pegados al techo. Lo peor, sin duda, fue el desayuno. Lo sirven en un espacio que parece un garaje, con solo 4 o 5 mesas, y el desayuno “incluido” consiste en un pan y un café. Muy pobre para lo que uno espera de un hotel. Además, me parece que deberían usar los restaurantes de arriba, que son bonitos y con buena vista (como el rooftop), y ofrecer algo tipo buffet, más acorde con el precio y la categoría del lugar. En resumen: habitaciones correctas, pero el desayuno y la experiencia general dejan mucho que desear. Yo no volveria

El personal que trabaja en el hotel se mostró muy dedicado y atento, la limpieza en las habitaciones y en el hotel fueron de primera. Muy amables y amigables todos. La próxima vez que visite Bogotá, definitivamente que vuelvo a hospedarme en ese hotel.

Staff are very helpful, they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh-cut fruit and fresh dishes every morning. The breakfast staff provided excellent service and were extremely friendly.
