I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just steps away from great restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the fresh-squeezed juice, which was a refreshing touch to start the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. For coffee lovers, I highly recommend walking just four minutes to Cofibinzs Coffee Shop—they brew an absolutely fantastic cup of coffee that’s worth the short stroll. Overall, this hotel offers convenience, comfort, and great hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again!

People complained about breakfast, i loved the buffet breakfast was full of variety and good taste. I was well treated by the staff, room clean just a little humitity smell but may be the a/c, no heather, minibar with options. I definitely will return.

Well-located hotel, with positive aspects and others that could be improved. Highlights: the staff (very professional attitude), quality of breakfast, restaurant service, room size, and cleanliness. Cons: no coffee in the room (ironic for a coffee-producing country), no food service after 10 PM...if you arrive on a late flight, there is no chance of getting food—the restaurant's closing time is unfortunate.

the hotel is great, the staff is wonderful, location is top, BUT I contacted the hotel a few days before my arrival to arrange airport pick up, and they responded asking me for my phone number, but never replied again. I had to arrange private transportation on my own. I complained at the front desk and they didn't have a response.

Very nice hotel in a safe area surrounded by good restaurants and entertainment. Rooms are very comfortable, quite and air conditioning is a plus if you want to keep your windows closed. Good breakfast and front desk help. Rooftop bar is very nice and relaxing.
