The hotel is very convenient located close to everything. The people and their service is overall the most important thing to say about the hotel. Since you enter the main door you are welcome, the service at the front desk is five stars. The service at the restaurant is A+ . OsKar, Juan Pablo, Loreana are great, excelent service. Really happy with the hotel

We stayed at two separate times during this trip, spending 6 days at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even having a lovely detail of preparing a special surprise for our daughter, who was celebrating her birthday. We cannot be more thankful and will definetely come back. Great family stay in upper class part of Bogota.

Staff was extremely friendly with most able to speak English. Facilities are wonderful especially the spa and workout area. Neighborhood was safe and easy to walk around. Breakfast was excellent with a nice selection. Dinner at the hotel was amazing. Literally the menu has 80 pages of food options.
