Great hotel. A little older (1990s maybe) but still beautiful and maintained. But the main thing was the included breakfast. Wow. A great buffet. Definitely stay again when in Bogota

This hotel is generally good. Location is walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants. The rooms are a bit dated but it is an excellent choice for families due to the family room which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath.

Great value for money, nice amenities, good restaurant, the breakfast could offer better quality but is correct. Rooms are clean and spacious but are a bit old and need to be refurbished. Overall a very good experience.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was amazing. The food was really good. They had a lot of varieties. I did use the spa. It was really good. Very nice. Staff was very nice. There was a hiccup, but Mariam Focia handle the situation very well and took care of all of our needs rectify the issue. Thank you so much for making our experience so nice in Bogotá Colombia.

Loved every bit of our stay. The breakfast was amazing. The staff where so nice and the restaurant is a 10/10. My only wish is if the gym and pool can stay open till 9pm. Will definitely stay again🤗🙏.
