I recommend to improve ventilaton in the air chamber which connect to all indoor rooms. It is closed on top and does not permit hot air circulates. I propose to lift roof on columns to allow air circulates. Thanks.

Deben de mejorar en el aspecto de no dejar al cliente esperando en la calle, poner cerradura electrica que el cliente con su llave de la habitacion pueda abrir y no quedar esperando que alguien le abra.

La habitación es bastante grande y la cama también es cómoda. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero la zona es segura y de fácil acceso.

Nice people but not well designed.
Everything was fine except for the lack of outside windows. It's not like the pictures. The only window opens into the hallway. Also, since the front door stays locked, you have to ring to get in. Inside the hotel, this bell is more than loud enough to wake you up should someone arrive while you're sleeping.

No me gusto me dejaron mss de 1 hora para poder entrar a mi habitacion donfe la hora de entrada era a las 12 pm, tienen huéspedes irrespetuoso que no respetan el sueño fe los demas, nunca se me llevo el secador y la hora de mi salida ers como maximo a la 1 y 30 y me llamaron para que me fuera a las 12 y 15

Muchas gracias por tu comentario, creo que entendiste o leíste mal checkin hora de entrada a las 3:00pm puedes confirmar con la agencia alli dice la hora del checkin, agilisamos tu entrada y te entregamos muchísimo antes la habitación y el Check out hora de salida 12:00 pm por eso te llamamos porque ya era pasada la hora de la entrega y la habitación ya estaba reservada, respecto a los huésped del ruido les pedimos muy amablemente que porfavor hicieran silencio. Gracias por tus recomendaciones lo tendremos en cuenta.
