The hotel is clean and well maintained. There are some fast food at a walking distance. A good option for an overnight stay. The airport is not far away (around 4 miles away), but the traffic can be heavy during rush hour. The staff is polite and very diligent.

The staff gets 5 stars, everyone was very helpful and attentive. The only problem is that the hotel is outside of Bogota and taxis cannot exit the city so transportation is limited. There are other options like the hotel vans, but it is a bit costly. There are plenty of restaurant options in the surrounding plaza. Anotherr thing that they could improve is the noise of the toilets, they sound like an airplane toilet or louder. The first night of our stay we were woken up twice by the Flushing noice coming from adjacent rooms. Overall a good hotel, I would stay again.

Excellent, friendly staff ready to help at all times. The breakfast buffet was very abundant and well-prepared. There are several dining options right next to the hotel, and they were great. Nothing negative to say about this hotel: 10 stars.

Rude staff. Save your money. Don't stay here
The staff at the hotel are untrained and lack common sense. Upon check-in they didn't request identification for a 6 month old baby. I've never stayed at a hotel that requires identification for a baby. Nonetheless, the hotel staff decided it was appropriate to bang on the room door at 8:30pm to request the identification. The banging on the door woke up the baby and we were unable to put her back to sleep. A come common sense approach would be to request the identification upon checkout. No apologies were given. Rather the staff were adamant that identification for the 6 month baby is required or else the baby can't stay as this is the rule of the hotel. This experience was beyond frustrating, disappointing and I lost one night of my life. My favorite part was the staff never apologized.

The staff was very professional and friendly in my interactions with all. The one issue here is the hotel advertises air conditioning in the rooms yet after 2 different dates I have been at this hotel the air conditioning is not working for one excuse or another! I was allowed 1 night with air conditioning and next day I was told it was out of service. It’s like the staff has to pay the electric bill. Find a hotel that will allow you to use the air conditioning because this GHL will not.

The property is beautiful and clean, however, extremely hot, even in the rooms with the A/C on. I tried cooling mine down by leaving the AC on and the staff turned it off while I was gone! I have stayed here before and the heat and ACs not working properly has been always an issue.

Bad Smell of nearby company odor is noticeable. Empty used containers left in refrigerator were placed inside, reported to lobby desk.Otherwise, overall we love this place

This is a luxury hotel in what most would say is an Industrial Area. The rooms were very accommodating. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Next door two other restaurants along with a coffee shop and small market. Plenty of taxi's on standby for your service. The only bad thing was the low lighting in the rooms. Was not adequate for reading or studying.

Hotel isn't near the airpor but it is new...
Hotel is new and comfortable however it isn't near the airport. Don't take the hotel white taxi they overcharge on pickup from and to the airport. This hotel is about 40 minutes from the airport. Take uber or the yellow taxi cabs.

Super hotel with a couple caveats
In many ways, this is an ideal hotel...it's fairly new, so everything worked fine and the staff is very accommodating. There are several restaurants and a small grocery store on the property, so that's very helpful. It was very convenient for us, because the Assembly we were attending was very close. But, I could see how, for a lot of tourists, it might be too much off the beaten track. Food delivery from Uber Eats or Rappi was not available yet and there is nothing else within walking distance (besides, there are no sidewalks to walk on,so you're in the street or the mud)

Nos dieron una habitacion ubicada cerca al asensor, mucho ruido en los corredores. Ademas ruido de las tuberias de agua etc. El Check In muy lento y el personal de recepcion escaso y cuando estaba atendiendo personal contestaba el telefono y dejaba de hacer lo que estaba haciendo, lo cual demoraba mas el proceso. Bueno el servicio de transporte al coliseo medplus para conciertos
