The room has a welcoming living room, with a tv. a desk and a mirror. It had doors that divided the living room and the bedroom, which was very comfortable with a tv, also; The bathroom had a normal shower but also has a jacuzzi. I really enjoyed my stay at Torre Monserrat.

We stayed as 2 females from london. Breakfast was amazing and it was a 25 minute walk into the central area with all the musuems. However despite the security guards outside, the area did feel slightly unsafe at night. The lighting in the room was awful but we would stay again.

I love this place. I have stayed here 3 times in the past year. Everyone from the pickup driver to the bellhops to the front desk. The free breakfast is buffet style with lots of options. Dont be afraid to use the house drivers. They charge 32,000 PESOS per hour which is $8. Just take there number and whatsapp them. The hotel is right in the middle of everything.

A nice hotel that has seen better days. The service is very good and it also has a good breakfast. There’s a limited shuttle service to and from the airport (every 2 hours in each direction which might not be the most convenient arrangement). The surrounding area is kind of rundown. All in all I’d stay again in this hotel had I need to run errands in downtown Bogota

The room was great and way larger than expected. We did order room service- do not make that mistake. Also we booked this hotel as it offers a shuttle service, we were not aware that it only operated during bankers hours. We were unable to use the shuttle for our arrival or departure, we were displeased that no accommodation would be made in this regard.
