Overall a great experience at this hotel, staff was super helpful and kind. The hotel seemed packed due to several events in place and they were able to find me an amazing room with view to the Monserrate. Mini bar within the room was empty, but there was complimentary water and coffee. Pizza and pasta at the 1st floor restaurant were pretty good.

We really liked the breakfast menu. Next to Corferias, which was convenient to enjoy the book fair while we stayed. Property is well known, so it is easy to go anywhere and come back in Uber or taxi at the end of the day.

It is close to the convention center, where we could safely walk. We would come back a little early after a stressful day and relax in the saunas. They had pure water to fill our water bottles. The Hotel is very clean and spacious, the service is great, the breakfast buffet is just okay, the service at the club is great and they have happy hour free if your room qualify, Daniel Felipe, liliana and the rest of the employees at the front desk wonderful, bell boy's great, my room Superior suite was one the most beautiful rooms we ever see, Corferias is a Zone with conventions so is a lot of traffic and a lot of restaurants close to the hotel and Farmacy and grocery store across the street, was a great experience, thank you very much for everything's Hilton Corferias
