Despite the recent management change and minor repairs due to external factors (such as an earthquake and heavy rain), our stay at Hotel Sport Plaza was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room kept a pleasant temperature, even during the cold nights. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions. Overall, a very positive experience.

Did not get the room we booked, no ventilation in the room, key did not work, no wifi, used body wash container was the only soap in the room. The staff ignored the issues so we booked another hotel. Did not get a refund even though we checked out a day early.

Front door wasn’t available and covered with loose plastic bag, toilet didn’t flush shower pressure too low, no what I paid for, queen bed in the picture and was offered the room with four single beds, the safe didn’t work and didn’t have batteries for it, out of all my travels worst hotel I been too, don’t know how Expedia allows it to be advertised on their side, left next day to another hotel and I got over 10 days waiting on refund no answer to phone calls or emails very unprofessional
